Hubei IPROCHEM Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and is located in the Yunmeng Salt Chemical Circular Economy Industrial Park in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. Covering a total area of approximately 10 hectares, the company employs 200 people. It is a modern manufacturing base wholly owned by IPROCHEM Shenzhen, which was officially completed and put into operation in 2023. The company mainly engages in the production and processing of fine chemical products such as pesticide raw materials and formulations, as well as pesticide intermediates. Its main products include 20,000 tons of phosphorus trichloride annually, 2,000 tons of fipronil raw materials annually, and 2,000 tons of chlorfenapyr raw materials annually. The base is equipped with advanced production equipment and comprehensive safety and environmental protection facilities, with a total production line capable of meeting an annual capacity demand of 50,000 tons.
Shanghai IPRO-DVA Testing Technology Co., Ltd
In 2010, IPRO-DVA Laboratory commenced operations, specializing in research and product quality analysis. It has relocated to a self-purchased 2000-square-meter office building and has obtained ISO/17025 national laboratory certification. Presently, the laboratory is capable of analyzing and testing various formulations of over 100 products, including glyphosate, avermectin, imidacloprid, and acetamiprid. Product quality control strictly adheres to pesticide standards established by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Marketing & Registration Department
The Market Registration Department serves as the core technical department of IPROCHEM. Since its establishment, it has accumulated rich experience in product registration both domestically and internationally. The company has invested over $10 million and collaborated with several renowned laboratories overseas, obtaining nearly 100 GLP reports for various products and compiling over a thousand registration documents.
To date, we have successfully obtained numerous product registrations both domestically and internationally: 60 in China, 20 in Ukraine, 14 in Russia, 300 in Thailand, 7 in Vietnam, 12 in Malaysia, and 9 in Myanmar. Through years of accumulation, the Market Registration Department has gained insights into registration processes and requirements in multiple countries worldwide. We have assisted clients from over 60 countries/regions in completing product registrations smoothly.
